The Messages We Send

When you request a roof inspection or an estimate on our website, you can choose to receive two kinds of text messages. Each has its own checkbox:

• Non-marketing messages: replies to your request, appointment scheduling and reminders, and updates about your roofing project.
• Marketing messages: promotions, special offers and news about our roofing services.

Both checkboxes are optional and are never checked for you. You do not have to agree to receive text messages to request an inspection, an estimate or any of our services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies with your request and the progress of your project.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply to messages we send you and to messages you send us. If you have questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

How to Opt Out

You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. We will send one final message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and after that you will receive no further text messages from us. To receive them again, opt in on one of our website forms as you did the first time.

Help

Reply HELP to any message for help. You can also call us at (480) 695-7736 or email info@ecoroofaz.com.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
